Professional Formation Psychological Peculiarities of Future Professionals in Integrated Learning Environment

The growing number of people with limited functionality (more than 650 millions, among which about 3 millions are in Ukraine) requires to find means and forms of integration in to different spheres of life. The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons emphasizes that people with disabilities have the right to education without discrimination as guaranteed as inclusive education at all levels.

The essence of integrated education optimally covered through the prism of social and educational integration that provides the integration of the individual with limited functionality in the educational space with a system of social relations in the process of interpersonal interaction and joint activities with individual members of a particular social group.

For the students with limited functionality to ensure personal identity formation, which includes a professional, one there is a possibility of active social and professional communication. In its turn, it provides an integrated educational environment.

In the student integrated environment there is an objective contradiction between the ideas of the individual choosen profession (education, conditions of payment, etc.) and its real content. The degree of severity depends on how adequate the data are. This discrepancy is linked to the specific youthful vitality and job prospects, based on high aspirations, uncompromising as for choosing objectives.

Most of the problems in teaching students with disabilities caused by unconscious selection of specialty: are not a chosen profession, and the university or the profession that can provide the proper learning environment, also can provide an integrated inclusive environment. To measure the effectiveness of the learning process in higher education means social, spiritual and professional maturity of the student's personality, integrity and stability of his ‘I’ psychological readiness of graduates to realize their professional skills.

An experimental study given «I» in the article illustrates the comparative datum analysis features and professional development of students with disabilities and healthy students in an integrated learning environment.
