The Problem of Education Context Definition and Learning Achievements Evaluation of Students with Musculoskeletal System Disorders in Inclusive Education

The article reveals the practical implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine, an analysis of the current legislation and training programs, determining the current status, problems and prospects of education for children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system in secondary schools with an inclusive form of education. The research points to the inappropriate use of universal design in the educational process of teaching mathematics to children with cognitive capabilities.

If we really want persons with limited abilities not to be declarative, but actually included in public life, we must recognize that for this they need a lot of necessary knowledge, abilities and skills, which the system of special education has been providing for many decades, and their success to a large extent is due to the powerful correction component. Therefore, in any case, it is impossible to refuse from the Institute of special education, it should go on to provide special education services in the schools with the inclusive form of education. This usually requires major systemic transformations and attracting resources. Whether our general education is ready to this – is a great question. It is sufficient to indicate that in order to take on the responsibility for the life and health of children going to inclusive education, the school had to employ some powerful medical staff: psychologists, special education teachers, speech therapists and other professionals, unusual for a secondary school.

There is an urgent need for development and approval of standards of inclusive education, which will include:

– list of deviations in educational opportunities (nosology of diseases) in which inclusive form of learning is appropriate;

– list of deviations in educational opportunities (nosology of diseases) in which special education is appropriate;

– the algorithm of correction of the education component in the context of inclusive education, list of special educational services, which pupils with disabilities should receive;

– criteria for the evaluation of academic performance of students with disabilities, the order of proving them with qualification or non-qualification education.
