Requirements for Formatting Articles for the Professional Collection "Bulletin of the University 'Ukraine'" (Series "Economics, Management, Marketing")

The language of the article – Ukrainian. The length should be 8-12 pages.

Text editor: MS Word; font: Times New Roman; font size: 14; line spacing: 1.5 points; alignment: justified; margins: top, bottom, and right – 20 mm; left – 25 mm.

Order of Formatting the Article:

UDC in the upper left corner.
Surname and initials, academic degree, and title in the upper right corner.
Title of the article centered in bold capital letters.
Abstracts in Ukrainian, russian, and English, along with corresponding keywords. The abstract should consist of a minimum of 5 sentences, and the number of keywords should be at least 5 words.

Requirements for the Structure of the Article:

- Introduction: (statement of the general problem and its connection to important practical tasks)

- Initial Preconditions: (analysis of recent achievements and publications, highlighting relevant and previously unresolved issues of the general problem addressed in the article)

- Objective of the Article: (statement of the task)

- Presentation of the Main Material

- Conclusions

- List of References: citations should be made in square brackets, indicating the source number and page number, for example, [1, 45]. The bibliographic description of the list of references should be formatted in accordance with the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015 "Information and Documentation. Bibliographic Citation. General Provisions and Rules for Compilation," developed in 2015.

A mandatory English abstract of the article must be provided, which should include: the surname and initials of the author, title or position, place of work or study, title of the article, and a brief summary of the article with a minimum length of 1800 characters.
In the lower left corner, indicate the submission date of the article to the editorial office.

The cost of one article – 500 UAH.

TO THE AUTHORS!

The following requirements apply to articles published in our scientific collections:

I. Formatting of Materials

1. Articles on the topic of original research are to be submitted in two formats:

— Paper format (one copy — with the authors' signatures, indicating the academic degree, title, position of the author, phone numbers (home and work), the name of the organization or institution where they work, and email address);

— Electronic format (on a 3.5" diskette or as an attached file via email).

2. The total volume of the article should not exceed 8-10 pages, typed in Word 97 and printed on A4 paper; font: Times New Roman; font size: 14; line spacing: 1.5; paragraph indentation: 0.7; margins — left, top, and bottom: 2.0 cm; right: 1.5 cm; alignment: justified; illustrations, figures, and diagrams should be provided in electronic format with a JPEG extension.

Attention! Avoid excessive spaces when formatting the text!

3. In the upper left corner of the first page of the article, the code (UDC/BBK index) should be placed; on the next line to the left — the full names of the authors, their academic degree and title (or position if absent); followed by the name of the institution, and the title of the article, centered and typed in capital letters.

4. References in the text of the article should be given in square brackets. The first number indicates the position of the cited source in the list of references, and the second number indicates the page [2, 10] or [2; 3] (for multiple sources without page numbers).

5. The list of references (a mandatory element of the article) should be placed after the text of the article and printed in font size 13.

6. The abstract and keywords in Ukrainian should be placed after the title of the article, while the abstracts and keywords in Russian and English should be placed after the list of references.

Electronic Version: For email, the format of the attached file with the article should be .doc or .rtf.

File Name: The surname of the first author should be in English letters (no more than eight characters). On the diskette, the surnames of the authors and the version of Word should be indicated.

II. Structure and Content of Articles

Articles submitted to the collection of scientific works must comply with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine "ON INCREASING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATIONS INCLUDED IN THE LISTS OF THE HIGHER ATTESTATION COMMISSION OF UKRAINE," Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine dated January 15, 2003, №7-05/1 (BULLETIN OF THE HIGHER ATTESTATION COMMISSION OF UKRAINE, №1, 2003, p. 2).

The article must include the following components:

Introduction (statement of the general problem and its connection to important practical tasks).
Initial Preconditions: analysis of recent achievements and publications, highlighting relevant and previously unresolved issues of the general problem addressed in the article.
Formation of the Objective of the Article (statement of the task).
Presentation of the Methodology and Results of the Research.
Conclusions from the research, including prospects for further exploration in this area.
List of References (the bibliographic apparatus of the article, formatted according to state standards).
Abstracts in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, which should contain concise information about the main results and conclusions of the research presented in the article (5-6 lines; 3-4 sentences).

Attention! Articles written by candidates for the PhD degree (graduate students, master's students) must include internal reviews from their scientific supervisors.

The editorial board reserves the right to edit and shorten materials. The authors of the publication are responsible for the accuracy of facts, quotes, proper names, references to literary sources, and other information. The opinions of the editorial board may not coincide with those of the author.
